Welcome to D.O.I.T. Walls.org,The new site for D.O.I.T. CDC (Community Development Corporation). The organization is a 501 c3 not-for-profit, which was created by Michael D. Manuel to introduce students to Construction, CAD design, and Community Development. The foundation of our training program is the B.E.E. Program (Building Economic Empowerment) an eight week training curriculum of combined classroom and on-site instruction. The program presents opportunities for students to learn building principles while applying these principles in every day life. Students are Empowered to make life decisions to attend college, enter the workforce within the construction field or to start their own business. They are taught to bring their vision into reality.

D.O.I.T. CDC offers services in the areas of rehabilitation construction, new property construction, land development, project management, building material distribution, and training & development. As CEO, Mr. Manuel devised a mission of Building Economic Empowerment through two vehicles: (1) by training low income and at risk youth and adults (both male and female) in construction basics and how to apply these construction principles for building life skills, relationships, and businesses; and (2) by revitalizing depressed neighborhoods through economic development. Using the B.E.E. Process (Building Economic Empowerment), developed and operated by Mr. Manuel since 1995, this non-traditional training program teaches students how to build or rehabilitate a house (or other property) from the ground up in 8 weeks, while simultaneously applying building principles in the development of life skills. Graduates of this program have become valued employees and successful entrepreneurs. Funding:
