 Our innovative “Customer Design Build Participation Program”, offers an opportunity for our customers to not only participate in the designing their home, but also hands on participation in the building the walls. Our purchasing consultants work with our clients in the selection and purchase of normally expensive building materials such as windows door, cabinets, flooring and appliances, at drastically reduced prices. Our Engineering Department modifies the drawing to reflect the purchased materials. This process has been proven to save up to 50% on material costs
