D.O.I.T. Community Development Corporation, is a not-for-profit 501c3 organization, created by Michael D. Manuel to provide work for students in community development projects, such as rehab housing and new housing development. Our goal is to empower the community to participate in rebuilding their neighborhoods. We provide opportunities for inclusion while introducing students to professional careers in engineering, design, architecture, as well as construction related trades.   Our Business Incubator provides a setting where our students get supportive services to network and grow their businesses.

As a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation, D.O.I.T. CDC will seek funding from a number of sources, including: banks, foundations, federal, state, and local grants, church grants, fees for services, private donations, fundraising, and loans.
